2. Orders & Delivery

Your order begins after full payment is received.
Delivery is via email in PDF and/or Word format.

3. Revisions

Each order includes one free revision within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refunds

​

Due to the digital and personalised nature of the service, we do not offer refunds once work has started.
If no work has begun, a full refund may be available at our discretion.
